LOGOS

I create all logo designs in Photoshop, as I'm currently expanding my skills in Illustrator. All designs are original, and I do not use AI-generated content in my work. I also do not accept AI-generated examples or references.

No. Only individuals who commissioned me or have explicit permission can repost or edit my work. Please refrain from uploading/editing my works to either claim as your own or sell it. This includes using my art for AI training or NFTs.𝄞 What do you use for art/logos?
Currently, I use a Huion 24 tablet, Clip Studio Paint, and sometimes Photoshop for a few extra touchups. I'm also starting to experiment with 3D modeling in Blender, so expect to see some of that in the future!𝄞 How do you pick colors?
I eyeball my colors, color pick to blend, and use gradient mapping. It's a bit of a chaotic process, but it works for me!𝄞 Do you take requests or art trades?
I don't take requests. Art trades are only open to close friends.𝄞 What kind of fanart do you draw?
I mainly focus on fanart from fandoms, that generally interests me.

General Terms

  • Payment is up front, accepted via PayPal & listed in USD.

  • All communication will be done via preferred method [e.g., email, Discord]. Please be clear and concise in your requests. I expect respectful and professional communication at all times. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if I experience harassment or disrespectful behavior.

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise agreed upon. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes (e.g., selling merchandise, advertising) without negotiating first.

  • Refunds are generally not offered once the commission process has begun. However, I will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, depending on the amount of work completed.

  • I do not accept commissions involving AI-generated content. All artwork is created solely by me, without the use of artificial intelligence. My artwork is also strictly prohibited from being used in the creation, promotion, or sale of Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).

  • I retain the right to display completed artwork in my portfolio and on other promotional platforms. While I will never claim ownership of any original characters depicted in the artwork (specifically OCs), I fully retain the copyright and ownership of the artwork itself.

Process

  • The commission process involves an initial inquiry with a detailed description of your request, followed by a price quote. Upon acceptance, 50% of the payment is required upfront. I will then provide a sketch for approval, followed by line art and coloring. Progress updates will be provided as needed. Upon completion and your final approval of a watermarked version, the full-resolution, unwatermarked artwork will be delivered after receiving the remaining balance. Absolutely no AI generated references, or you will be ignored.

Revisions

  • You are entitled to three free revisions during the sketch phase for major changes and five minor revisions during the line art/coloring phase for small details. Additional revisions beyond these limits will be subject to a fee of $10 per revision. Major changes requested after the sketch phase may incur additional fees or require restarting the commission. All revision requests must be submitted within 5 - 7 days of receiving the progress update.

Additional Considerations

  • If you intend to use the artwork for commercial purposes, you must purchase a commercial license. The price of the commercial license will depend on the intended use.

  • I will do my best to meet the estimated turnaround time, but I cannot guarantee it. Unexpected delays may occur due to illness, personal emergencies, or workload. I will communicate any delays to you as soon as possible.

  • The final artwork will be delivered in [file format, e.g., PNG, JPG] at [resolution, e.g., 300 DPI].
